Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every cooler we ship. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

30-day returns. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A note on hygiene. Because this product is used to store medication, opened or used units can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged — not for change-of-mind. Unopened units in original packaging are fully returnable within the 30-day window.

Defective or damaged on arrival. If your cooler arrives faulty, damaged, or not holding temperature, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the faulty unit unless we ask.

How to start a return. Email [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (or a defect is confirmed), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Non-returnable. Used or opened units (except defective ones) and any item returned after 30 days.
